u go filemanager from your cpanel...

Go to inc>datahandlers>post.php

After that change in line 209 there..

whatever amount u can change...

Incorrect. That will allow the original subject to be X characters long, which will still keep this bug. "RE: " will have to be stripped Pre-count.

Max subject length shouldn't be hardcoded imo.
