Description
With this plugin you can manage your own announcements on the top of your forum. All announcements can have different css definition and can be displayed global or just on the index.
Also you can disable announcements without delete it.
Furthermore I added an option to scroll the Announcement.

Installation
Just upload all files into your forum and activate it in the ACP.

HowTo update
- 2.0 -> 2.1 -> 2.2 -> 2.3 -> 2.4
- Upgrade
- The db has changed again... Please make a complete reinstall
- 2.4 -> 2.4.1
- First time the db hasn't changed
- Just upload the new files
Note about 1.6
2.4 was the last version for 1.6 and can be downloaded on the
old Mods Site.

Just seen you're PM Menu Counter. You dont need to run queries to display pm information to a user.
The pm menu counter were just a test and isn't a good solution
But I will look after that and update it

never mind figured out how to make text bold. But still wondering about that clickable links.

nice plugin but scrolling announcement must be onmouseover stop and more slower
You can use all html elements for the announcement
If you want to have a special scrolling you can use the specific html syntax for it. But there are some other things I want to change and I will change the scrolling too
