Googled forum rules template, got this from some blog. Didn't know it came from there.
I don't need to screenshot anything. It's all visible to the human eye. You're using default buttons, you're using white text on light backgrounds, most if not all of your content is floating, you're using the standard welcome block, you have a massive icon of a house at the start of your menu for who knows what, the random rainbows underneath everything do not fit in at all, your on/off icons do not fit in and quite frankly look horrible, throw some custom fonts in (sans-serif is boring), edit your forumbit some, and finally "Theme Property Of:" makes absolutely no sense. Also seeing as you run a custom theme site, I'd assume that you've designed your own theme, so it's completely unnecessary.
Sorry if I'm harsh, but you asked for criticism.

Yes, much nicer. I can see inspiration from Pixelmonkey's new design, but doesn't look like a rip. Great job, but like Jason said you need to style the default elements (Buttons, tcat, inputs), and your thead looks pretty weird (Whitespace at the bottom).

At the moment I am getting some themes ready to be offered for download.
Good work on the theme.
I like it,make some elements get a little bit padding,that woukd make the theme stand out.
Also change colors of tcat,buttons,they still look default.

Why start making themes when you've taken 0 of our suggestions into play?
I have taken suggestions into consideration. I need to balance content and design. I have had many people tell me the themeslocust design is great, once I get a bit more content into the site I will work on the design some more.
