Doesn't seem to be working for me either sorry but I wouldn't use this theme.
it hasn't been updated for about 4 versions of MyBB, a lot of stuff is broken and not working on the latest version.

This theme isn't responsive right?

Hello Andrew. I'm glad to use this theme. Could you guide me please? I need to change theme color to Blue. Also need to configure quote button. Quote button should be running immediately. I mean when the button is trigged(clicked), it should quote the text in quick reply instead of selecting. Also moving screen to quick reply as same as Return to Top button. Help me please. Hope you understood me. Sorry, my english is terrible.

Thank you for this theme. I have a few issues:

1) On the default theme, I see a yellow announcement when there's an unread PM:

I don't see that on yours. How can I get that on yours?

2) I added a link for alerts:

But when I click on it, I just see a spinner, and it doesn't do anything.

On the default theme, I'm able to see a pop up for recent alerts.

Can you make this work?

When I select the 1point8 theme, I don't see the full editor anymore.
