If you go into ddmenu.css and look for #cssmenu { - 4th down

Add this below

    width: 960px;
    margin: auto auto;

Thanks for your reply Andrew, but it seems the background moves but the top links don't move with it. Also the border looks wrong.

when ever you hower over the title, it begins glowing white.

Oh the logo, remove these bold parts in Templates > Rush > Header Templates > Header

I love this theme. Thank you again. One question. 
Bold text is not very bold. In fact, it doesn't seem bold at all. 

What can I do? Do I need a different font, or add a bold face or change a template or what?

I just installed this theme on a fresh MyBB install and noticed two things.
After opening a thread two buttons are shown at the top; "Start new topic" and "Reply to this comment":

The buttons are also at the end of the thread and are misaligned :

Is there anyway to change the logo?
