Is there a way to force a minimum width on this design or simply keep it from becoming responsive?

It looks great on a desktop but on my Android Tablet when it crunches it down it cuts off some of the posts meaning the user can't read them. 

Also your social media icons point to the folder on your other theme 1point8

It's just the font Lobster with the text color #a3b1bd and a slight glow. Shouldn't be too hard to recreate.
