Carne cozida - cubes of beef braised with chunks of cassava and sweet potato.
tonight's menus included some leftover food from a dinner party.. beef burrito, fish taco, quiche lorraine, devils food chocolate cake and roast turkey with cranberry chutney..in small incremental portions of course!
fishes, rice, greens, and curry.
Potatoes, green beans, ham, and broccoli with cheese.
tonight's menu included: boiled hot dogs, cut up and added to baked beans.. a nice salad...Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls and a glass of white wine. dessert was custard pie.
Going to introduce my wife to a childhood favorite: macaroni and tomatoes: soup made of elbow macaroni, browned ground beef, mixed frozen vegies, and V-8 juice. Layered chocolate pudding for dessert.
Since mom is sick, she didn't cook today, so we had to buy foods from the nearby restaurant .
tonights menu will be:
leftover baked beans, fiber bread with fig cookies and fruit juice. -light fare.
