Your browser won't (by default) print backgrounds anyway.
There is a bug with the current version of MediaWiki & printable pages which is why it looks like that at this stage.
The lego think is kinda dry..
But it's good, I like it.
A small suggestion, Add the favicon from the forums onto the site.
Cool, but even a plain gradient header would have give it a better look than the current header background image. No offense, but I didn't like the header part. Rest of it is cool!

I don't see what your guy's problem is with the header or the logo - especially the logo it's always been like that. :\ The lego men represents communities - what's the problem with that? :|

I.E 6? I.E. 7? It's the same in I.E. 7 but as chris stated in his announcement due to technologies missing in I.E. 6 it will look different.
