Bob, while I understand what you're saying, I highly doubt that he was using the word "kid" for the reason you're suggesting. Also another irony is he states that the other is on his MSN list, well DUH, couldn't he have used that too!!?

Oh well, to be honest I can't care less about what they are arguing.
We are now recruiting a new moderator for the graphics section. You won't have a lot to do at first, but as we grow, your job will become more and more important to the site.

Hello,
Today I created a new design for HDGFX, it took me on average around 6-8 hours.
Its much more easy to navigate the forums now, and I will soon be intergrating this design with the homepage in the near future.

Looking good, I suggest trim the header down 100-200px though.
I see a lot of crappy, low quality discussion between administrators. Keep that up and you wont be going nowhere fast.

Wow, I would say cut it more than that honestly.
You don't want to so much in you header it makes it harder to get the real content which people visit every day want. They don't want a page of something they see on every page.
And, as I said before move the affiliates links and SOTW to the footer.
However the theme is coming alone nicely. You're just putting way to much in the header. Yes, it looks nice but it's a waste to have it in the header.
