I'm not really sure where to post this but here it goes.
After some people reporting this issue and after my website has been affected as well, I decided to send a DMCA notice to HostGator (host of the website http://www.mybb-es.com ).

The website is posting multiple rips of themes that were not released to the public, e.g. my theme on http://www.mybb-plugins.com :
http://www.mybb-es.com/showthread.php?tid=4236&page=1

Fortunately, it seems the author removed the download link from the thread and hopefully from the server too (the DMCA has been sent by now though, so HostGator knows who they're hosting).

Other themes from websites like MyBBAddons were also ripped and the author even admits it! Well better than lying of course.

(it means that after ripping MyBBAddons's theme, they ripped mine as well).

Other websites were ripped too so I advise you to search the website in case yours was ripped.

My DMCA notice was sent already (even though the user took of the download before the host contacted them), I'm not sure if they'll take down the other downloads so send one too if you were affected.

My god, that's a lot of ripped themes. I'm glad mine isn't there haha

I was under the impression that their website was to support MyBB users, almost like an official forum for people who speak spanish... Can't believe they would rip themes like that.

Damn, this is big. It's like a massive drug warehouse. Seriously.

I haven't released anything, but I'd recommend you look around if you have.

I almost asploded at this guy's logic: "if it's on the internet, take it for free" or something along those lines. At least he isn't good at ripping themes.

I love how he didn't even change hte "by nano skinners" in the header.

I actually wish I had a small air to ground missile right now, and his address, and his school/university schedule.

Let's do it back at him at least, all original theme makers should take his ripped themes & call it their own, making absolutely no further change to them.
