No schools bother to ever throttle uploads because they figure no one actually seeds torrents. /Sortaajoke
My account is throttled because I downloaded too many linux torrents.

It varies from time to time. Usually I get 33.20 Mb/s Download and 1.65 Mb/s Upload.
