Just one problem

When tickets or send a response message after I'd never really answered the Ticket

What's the state came warnings or messages that you have not read a Ticket

Unfortunately there was just so much better if it was a good warning function and low field

At least if the tickets were emailed the answers given better results.

Ticketsystem 1.1 has been released. The Ticketsystem has been updated to make use of JonesCore. This means that the WIO doesn't show "Unknown Location" anymore and that the form fields make use of mybb's classes.

I test that on local.
1- copy and paste the plugin package in localhost
2- download and copy and paste the files of jones core(in github) in localhost

but now when I want go to page of ticket system see this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in C:\xampp\htdocs\forum\tickets.php on line 20

how can i solve this?

Which PHP Version are you using? Try downloading the ticketsystem from GitHub too if you're on 5.3.
