I'm still not even able to view the site. I don't know what you're using to block IPs but you or they are managing it horribly.
It must be your IP because I don't have anything blocking IPS

Is what I get. I already entered the captcha correctly the first time, told me to visit again in 1 minute - doesn't work.
I'm thinking it has something to do with your host.

This makes no sense. If your not using anything to block IPs why am I being blocked for my IP?
