That's not an issue of this theme. It works here on MyBB Community because it's a custom code for it.

Yeah you just need to upload the XML ;
The theme doesn't have any images or extra javascript file, so there is no file to upload

Use inspect element and you'll find the exact line/stylesheet where to edit the header_block image

The theme and its plugins are almost ready, i need some time to implement a system so only buyers can use the plugins (to prevent any copyright removals or leaks). Everything will be ready by one or two weeks (maybe i'll need some extra time if i find any bugs).
