Yes.

it's already available as you can turn the default MyBB theme to many colours , also you can turn this theme to any colour as following the default theme.

Without His Lastpost Plugin It wouldn't possible to make it clear or complete. He did a greatest job.

Still something has need to be applied , e.g. background color.....

I like what you did with the .theads on the forumdisplay and threaddisplay pages. They pop out and contrast nicely with the rest of the page.
