I'm able to login/logout with no problem. There's nothing wrong with your forum. Please tell your users to enable cookies, and clear any existing cookies from their browser. Also, tell them to make sure their CAPS lock is off.

I need some help, When I try to login it says that I was logged in successful but then it takes me to the index page and I appeared as not logged in.

Please redownload the MyBB package, and extract a clean copy of inc/languages/english/member.lang.php. If you have to make modifications to it, please do NOT use Notepad.
