The page manager plugin is super cool, but rest of the files are xml, where do i add them what to do i do?
Please help I really want to add usermap to my forum.

And I have one more question how to do this - see the image below - the way there are so many sections - where each section has its own forums

You can import these xml files with Page Manager. Just click on the tab "import page" and load the xml file from your local storage.

Thanks, it is showing up - but i don't see any pop up in the map even when i put my place in my profile - it would be best if you could enhance it for al the visitors that visit a forum at any instant of time irrespective of their login.

Hello querschlaeger your usermap.xml Is that using the Google Maps Javascript API V2(Deprecated API) or the new Google Maps Maps Javascript API V3

Just wondering cause i like that it shows users on a map.
But I do not think it's not working right. It only shows 5 users I got 100 + and i did read that the User Country has to be set in the user profile so I went and set some Countries of users I know and they did not show on the map and I am shown in the right country and province but no where near where I actually am.

so i am wondering if your usermap.xml is using v2 if you could update it to v3

Or do i just have to wait 48 hours for the users to show

You can write it like Japan, Tokyo in the Location column even if you are from Russia, and the map will show you in Tokyo.

Don't know... I just used the current google tutorial to create the page.

You can use the update=1 parameter to force an update of the locations/pins.

the usermap thing is cool, but how do users add their pin to the map?

go to page manager, then click edit page

then see this in 2 nd or 3rd line

Put that key there, like

and that's it
save and exit

after more than 1 day you will see members who have put their locations in profile in the map.
