What theme are you using? It's designed to be inserted automatically, but as I posted the footer of your theme may have been changed.

I just noticed that using the mobile theme, the quick reply box is MUCH larger than the actual width of the theme on the page. is there a way to correct this?

Mobile Theme, is not my default theme..

Finally i got the cause of the error, cause by using this plugin:
PHP and Template Conditionals (1.9)
Allows you to use conditionals and PHP code in templates.

sorry i haven't been very active lately
but that issue was fixed a while ago (php in templates)
It was not fixed for template conditionals -- had to remove a line from header include.
What version of the plugin are you using?
i lied, i guess i never actually changed that
it was caused by some <? ?> tags in the htmldoctype template
The user profile for vMobile is pretty neat. Nice release!
