As mentioned above, there is no obvious reason for this to be happening. I'm in the process of step by step debugging the merge_fetch_remote_file() function in as many environments as possible. It will be posted here when I do figure it out and fix it, as well as an update of the merge system pushed out at that time.

Can you give me information what type of server you are running on your PC. what type of lamp, wamp version etc.
I think i can convert it with my PC than upload it to my server

hmn, I do not see /convert/logs, but I am having some issues displaying some attachments and also get an issue trying to run the recount tools on the attachments on a recently converted phpbb3 forum.
^ @ haytoch , first you need to check if all the attachments are copied to the uploads folder ..
This issue is unresolved, and will likely remain so until someone can definitively find a way for me to reproduce this every single time.
I can reproduce this bug with nginx 1.1.5, PHP 5.3.8 and MySQL 5.5.16 on Ubuntu Oneiric system. Merge System version is 1.6.2. I have merged two MyBB boards. All attachment are in correct directory after merge but it doesn't shown in topics. I have also look mybb_attachments table on mybb database and it seems that attachments pid column value is always 0. If I bind attachment to correct post manually, I can't still see this attachment in post. But if I edit this post and set attachment to Unapproved state, I can download attachment.

This is a separate issue, since your attachments actually
are copied, but the database just isn't recording them correctly (most specifically their link to the post)
Please post a bug report on the tracker:
http://dev.mybb.com/projects/mybb-import/issues
And I'll get it fixed up for the next version.
