I'm sorry if I came on aggressive but I wanted to get my point across, it's not totally the user's problem when you need those users to be able to enjoy your site.

Wrong sir, this is actually possible.
I've it done before, countless times.
He could be using existing forums he owns or owned by friends & affiliates and asking them all to help by signing up & posting content.
The same works with any real life friends. He may even asked all his FB friends.
But we'll see, if the posts can keep up with the amount of members. It could be legit.

Okay, now I'm accusing OP of faking the members, lol.
They all have a post count, a random number. But when you check the account for their posts, it either links to 1 or 2, or nothing at all.
Ya it's pretty obvious he's faking members or at least their activity.
offtopic: Why did you change your header,logo and navigation? It looked much better before..
I like it better now, it isn't as bright.

PokeBoards was never abandoned, our host unexpectedly shut down, our most recent update was 2 weeks after we had opened, I decided along with talking to my staff, not to make an attempt to restore what was lost.
You still haven't addressed the issue on the fake user accounts & your Konaa MyBB account.
