the 24px values was just an example, from the report now the value of your customicons is 16x16px...you might check it out in forumbit_depth2_forum i guess, then modify the value for the other image. This will render the webpage more faster and improve your score much better.
lucasbytegenius is right, don't get distract to much by this sprite. But If you really want improve the score here's some link for sprite and tools you might need,

Yes, i already change the dimension in forumbit_depth2_forum images to 16x16
and re-size all the images to 16x16 also
if Active Cloudflare enabled, IE cannot search

CloudFlare isn't the issue here. It's either you or your forum.

Do you have any of the beta features turned on (Rocket Script, Auto Minify)? If the call is javascript at all, then it could potentially impact it. If you do have them turned on, please turn it off to see if that fixes the problem.

Please report the bug here if it is related to either one of those beta features.
