Can you make it to when you lock a topic, you have a choice to strike out the title or not strike out the title? Is that possible?

Is there a way for this not to freeze? Because if your inactive on the site and you open a new tab and come back to the tab with the chat box, it's stuck at loading and the site won't load or anything, admin cp or anything won't load, and it does this;

By default, you can't. You'd need to edit the plugin.
