How do you put the rules on top of the forums like how this site has it, and how do you add 2 different ones like this site has it?
Admincp -> Forums & Posts -> Forum you want to add rules to -> Edit Forum Settings -> Forum Rules

How do you add a color to a certain group or a custom color?
1. Admincp -> Users & Groups -> Group Promotions
2. Admincp -> Users & Groups -> Groups -> The group that you want to change the username colour -> Username style
change it to this for red, change red to any colour (or hex):
<font color="red">{username}</font>
How do you warn people, is it in mod cp or admin cp?
It doesn't say which forums.
You can warn users from their profile.
Next to Warning Level: click [Warn]
How do you make the group color like this:

Warn is not in the profile for some reason, is it in the demo site?
