Is there any cool codes for the colors for the groups?

I advise saving that image and uploading it and changing the URL to that instead of photobucket as it takes longer to load and there's always the possibility of that image being deleted from photobucket

There is no spot on the profile to warn someone or where it says warn it's not there, why?

Do you mean how to change their usergroup?

Admincp -> Users & Groups -> Users -> Select the user you want to move groups -> Profile
