Would be nice if you report back.
Gives me this in stead:
Warning [2] Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/***/public_html/forum/inc/plugins/ougc_customrep.php:1) - Line: 53 - File: admin/index.php PHP 5.5.17 (Linux)

I assume something went wrong with the update of the file (such as added space or whatever).
Try downloading the package instead:
https://github.com/Sama34/OUGC-Custom-Re...ee/fix-181
"Download ZIP" then replace your
./inc/plugins/ougc_customrep.php file with the one included in the pack.
The fix it self should work. I don't know what is causing the new issue you see.
Yeah okay ... figured it out. No errors displayed now. But the link does not work for me.
It says that I still need to install and activate Plugin Library but that is a 1.6 plugin so what do I do?
I appreciate the reports of bugs but as mentioned in my first post I do not offer free support for my plugins. Explanations to issues are likely to be already answered in this community I do not have the time nor desire to search for you.
I apologize if that sounds harsh but that is how it is.

I changed 16* to 18* in both PluginLibrary files and followed
this post and the plugin was activated fine. But when I try to configure the plugin itself I get this:

Fixed via downloading this version:
https://github.com/Sama34/OUGC-Custom-Re...ree/fix-18
v1.8.2 Released
This fixes two issues with the system and removes the AJAX setting.
Thanks for your reports!
To update simply deactivate -> upload new files -> activate.

Then why are you even releasing anything? I'm not trying to pick a fight or anything but what you said is sort of a joke.
- It's ok to release things half lime then tell people oh if u want me to fix ill charge you.
- People report bugs caused by your plugins you coded and you pretty much tell them you'll charge them to fix them.
Sort of makes me wonder how you even landed a staff position to be honest or how your still a staff member after you post things like this.
