I updated a modded version on my own forum, don't know if I can get the original... I'll see in the next day if I can revert it, most of the mods I did are in the CSS, so I think it won't be a big problem.
Rather than trying to work backwards, start with a clean version and update from there. You'll just cause more headaches than help if you leave extra code in by accident.
Don't know if I updated everything, but I've updated what I know has changed from 1.4.13 > 1.6, though this is much older than that.
