can you integrate automatic ajax reload functionality?
it says that the table "freei_6754189_macnethzone.mybb_macnethportal_bloacks" doesnt exists.
try uninstalling it, check you reupload all files correctly and reinstall it.

which shoutbox are you using? if you have downloaded it from the plugin release forum, go to the respective thread and request. this is related to pro portal only.
