There's also a small issue with the jquery cookie plugin that I'm currently attempting to sort too where the cookie's only loaded after the window is finished loading, meaning the sidebar displays for a while before disappearing if it's been hidden.

The theme is very close to being finished. I haven't been able to keep up with the progress since I'm in Europe and barely have internet. (As I'm writing this I'm sitting alone in a McDonald's.) It's nearly done and looking awesome!
