Well, I'd rather keep it open to the public. PM me an offer of what you'd pay for the entire theme to be released to you only, but I'd much rather release to the public.
You might get a hefty amount but please release it to the public as some users(me) are waiting to use this theme since the day you announced it.

School has just started again over here which is a shame, since that usually takes up most of my time. I can probably have a basic skeleton of the theme within a week or two, depending when I start coding it. Since I have a client that I have to do a custom theme for starting this Friday, I'm not safely able to say when I can start coding it.
