chrome, firefox
w7, w8.1
tested on my webspace and on localhost + tested on 2 different machines and networks.

I tested it on Chrome and Mozilla (Latest version) on Windows 7 Ultimate, and works fine.

why is the default avatar broken in the top bar ? avatars set via acp work, but the default one is broken there.

Don't really know, it's suppossed to work because 1.8 adds a default one, but in this particular case, doesn't work.

I'm having a problem with the footer. I was trying to edit the "About Us" section and it seems to mush the words together very close. I seen in the coding it just had a code but, it translated to a message of the forum.
