Could have a potential theme issue here, I recreated a logo using the dimensions you have for the default vienna logo and implemented it, however it slightly overlaps.

No it's because you've made the whole logo.png the same as the background color hence the overlap of the colour into the container. remove the background colour on your logo.png.

May i know why my Read and Unread New Post not working?
After the threads in the forum is read, it didnt reflect Forum contain No New Post. It is still in Forum Contain New Post status. I can manually click to clear the status as read.
Does moving of Forum directory to sub directory of root after installation of theme cause this problem?

Nope shouldn't do, do you mean the forum icons on index page? they are both working for me on previous 1.8.3 and now 1.8.4.
