Ok i have a problem, how can i make the Latest activity only display 3 instead of 9! please help

ACP > Configuration > Portal Settings > Number of latest discussions to show, change it to 3.

Do you happen to know how I can get custom forum icons?

There was a plugin released, but it does not seem to be working.

I tried to add this: {$forum['myforumicon_override']}></span>{$forum['myforumicon']}

into the forumbit_depth2_forum

But it messes up the style.

Any idea how to insert it?

Would prefer it to replace the two quotation marks if possible. or actually instead just replace the RSS icon with the forum icon maybe?
