Amazing! For automention - is possible to show avatars of users on the left? Also after press "@" show usernames of users who replied in this thread? Something like Xenforo has. If not, it doesnt matter, just an idea

For editor - I really like CKEditor from ATofigli - but it has a lot of features which are not used everyday, so I hope that your version will have only the must have features.

Is there any plan to have 2 different modes of editor? One "light" for quick reply and standard for "reply and edit"?

this not has any relation in generate profile link, this is only auto complete mention in editor...
so sorry, not has any chance to this generate profile link.

Since you managed to add Rin Editor support, than can you help us add CKEditor support by Atofighi ?
