in your forum, the flow.min.js is not being loaded, this is the reason why not any stuff which is controlled by flow.min.js is not working.

looks like you haven't copied flow folder to your images folder.

I went to headerinclude and put in the direct link to the flow.min.js file in like so, but it still isn't working. I'll PM you admin credentials for the forum so you can try to fix it that away.
