Haven't you got any ftp access too ?if not then try to as for it from provider or tell him to paste the files to your forum.

Then listen. Open your ftp or some file manager software and paste the images folder of your flow zip to your site's root directory and that's all.
If you don't have file manager then you can install the file manager plugin too.
