I'll say it again. Let's say you installed MyBB into /forum.
You put the vgallery files into /forum, when they should be in /forum/vgallery.
Is that sufficient?

I looked at it briefly, but can you have video categories and does it act as a separate page? ( adds link in header)
How do I edit/delete the available upload choices? (like the Turkish ones) Also how would I add choices to the list like God Tube?

This plugin really needs to have a complete overhaul. I had to remove it because it was a pain in the a** to try to change the template, since everything's scattered across multiple .php files.
Plus the PHP safe tags issues that have yet to be fixed, as well as non-English being in the English lang file.
