hmm.. downloaded the arcade from your site. Reinstalled it and when I go into the AdminCP I get:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: session in /home/******/public_html/board/admin/arcade.php on line 103
Tried to take a look at the readme file you mentioned and had listed there, but it's not a valid link on your site.

Didn't work, but did fix the gallery, which, BTW... I wish had decent permission sets to it. Seems like everyone and anyone (regardless of being registered or not) can delete add and move images.
Anyways, I still am seeing the SQL error in the adminCP for the arcade.
EDIT: Made some changes to the gallery. Took some editting, but I got it to restrict guests from accessing admin controls and registered users from deleting categories and images.
The gallery mod isnt working for me. i installed it per the directions. and here is what i get when I try to go to the gallery.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: query_first() in /home/.kaspaas/thecawkp/pennypicz.com/forum/gallery.php on line 7
I have made no changes to gallery.php and yes I did the database updates from templates.txt and I ran gallery_install.php
