Make sure the following directories have permissions 755:

./cache/afsignatures/
./images/afsignatures/

I checked it again, it had those permissions already. I put them on there again and even applied to files inside there, still same problem.

An official update has been released adding support for 1.6 (keeping support for 1.4) and fixing UTF-8 compatibility. Download in the first post.

The user avatars are not working for me any more :/

If you look at that post you will see under me (ryanbowden) that it does not show the avatar,
I have checked both of them files and they were both 755 when the issue started so i put them to 777 and they still dont work. How can i fix this?

I assume your user id is 1 (first administrator)? I'll send you a script over PM in a bit to pull some info to see if something is going on.

Right it now not workign for a number of users yet all the files are in the right place and chmod perfect :/

You'll need to hit "Save Settings" for the user's database fields to be populated with data. In the next version I'll fix this but for now just let them know they need to do that.

As far as avatars go it doesn't look like it's grabbing them... I'll look into this more this weekend.
