Hello MyBB community,
I've been facing an issue with removing the custom box (file in attachments) from member profiles. I made the necessary changes in the member_profile template, cleared the MyBB cache. However, the changes do not seem to reflect on the member profiles.
Can someone please guide me on how to troubleshoot this issue? I've ensured that the template modifications are correct, and I've cleared the browser cache as well.
Any assistance or insights into why the changes might not be taking effect would be greatly appreciated.
