I'm still not exactly sure how to configure this plugin. Can anyone help?

No, it is not possible because the MyBB uses relative urls...

Without having read the entire thread: Do you plan to release a version that allows having multiple wikis?

No, I think I will stop the development. It is really hard to implement all common features and the code is really huge.
Also there are some problems with the MyBB which complicate everything (relative urls, template engine,...)

Sad to hear that. I've found the plugin just a few hours ago and it seemed really useful and useable to me. I hope it is stable enough to continue with using it. Maybe I'll have a look at it to see whether I can implement the features I miss myself.

It is stable, two minor problems are not fixed in the download package... But I think this will not cause trouble.
