I have a question now, Im a big user of your Apart Series. When it goes as the default theme for MyBB and I still use Apart Flame, does that mean that I cannot use the showcase anymore because I am "Using a MyBB Default Theme"?

Alright. I just feel, that if it means I can't use the showcase anymore for using that theme, I'm being punished for a theme that I choose before it turned into the default...
For the "Created by Justin S.", are we allowed to modify it to say, "based upon Apart by Justin S."? I am planning some serious changes to one that I'm going to be using, so I don't want people to think it's part of the default Apart install.
