I thought it'd be useful because when a plugin get activated it may need to get configured/customized. Besides it's what Akismet -as a standard embedded plugin- does.

This is exactly what I'm gonna do. I think it's a better way than adding so many non-customizable Extra Cells. Though it wouldn't be easy at all because there are so many variables out there which should be considered. I've a clue how to handle them and minimize the limitations but it would be time-consuming anyway.

Threads saved as drafts are shown as unapproved (in pink colour), with no last poster displayed. I believe drafts should not be displayed, because they are threads not yet submitted (perhaps to be not published at all).

I'm still using 'pre-1.9.2', believe it's the same in official 1.9.2.

Hmm... seems that drafts are shown to moderators only?! Possibly that makes sense, but is that correct in terms of privacy?!
