Just because the merge system didn't spout any errors doesn't mean things aren't incorrect. There were database schema changes and other such things between vB3 and vB4.
But I can't see any?

There occurred just a little problem. The import has added one reply to each thread. But its just virtual, mean there is no reply , actually shown, but its only counted in the total post count...

I've haven't seen a badger before, doesn't mean they don't exist.
