The admin can decide whether negative reputation can be given or not - both on a user and on a post. If you've used IPB3's system, you'll know you can "dislike" a post and give negative reputation to the user - it'll be pretty similar to that.

Just a suggestion for a feature: if a post gets enough negative reputation, it should be minimized like ignored posts are.

yesss if you actually include that it'll rule

so sick of spammers but i don't want to come down too hard, so hopefully this will be a constructive way to make them improve their posts

Man ur makin me go crazy.... i've been waitin all along for this since i've joined mybb.... can't wait to catch a glimpse of it.... jus two screen shots is looking great.... release it soon dude....
