Oh nice. Then we can have a sub-forum for rejected and duplicates and a sub-forum for pushed threads. The main one could continue to be the one with the open issues.
i see that created sub-folder to 1.8 bugs folder...
i liked, but i wanted to say in this post (http://community.mybb.com/thread-118011-...pid1098933) about create sub-folder in this folder (2.0 Suggestions)...
had some misunderstanding?
For 2.0, it's useless for now. All that will be discussed in a meeting which will be setup soon.

It appears that Yii 2.0 RC has been released. Will the development start using Yii (the final version being released in about two weeks if no major issues appear, as it is stated in the article) or is the Laravel decision final? I, for one, hope that Laravel is going to be used, but that's just my opinion.
YII 2 RC shows some nice new features, a lot of work has been done since the beta release. Looking forward to 2.0 Gold/Stable here.
It's looking more and more likely to be Laravel. Keep your eyes on the blog Toungue

Are you planning to consulting framework choice with the community, or it's gonna be only dev-team decision?
This thread has kind of been a consulting session, but the choice in the end comes down to the dev team. We're the ones who'll likely end up doing most of the work. We're always happy to listen to suggestions and arguments though (so long as they're civil Wink).
I think Laverel is set on stone at this point. But what @Euan T said.
