Yes jameel. Altough eCardMax didn't update the install instruction, I published in THIS THREAD the preset files for MyBB 1.2.12 so you only need to upload them.

Erm, I am having CRITICAL trouble here, even when I followed EviLito's solution, it still states the authorisation mismatch thing. =\

Well, I don't think that is related with hoteditor.

Did you check if you had that problem before installing hoteditor?

In the 2nd page of the following thread, I attached the preset files for MyBB 1.2.12.

I did a clean install of MyBB 1.2.12, and yes, I used those files, with the template edits too. I really have no clue as to why this thing is happening, I just know it's from HotEditor and several people experienced it before, I searched before posting, but still hoping for help!

I'm sorry. I'm out of ideas. Try contacting HotEditor author (member "eCardMAX.com" who started this thread) through PM or in their web site http://www.ecardmax.com

As far as I know, people who experienced that problem, always fixed it with the template and core file changes.

Double check if you overwrite all the required files and the template changes.

I have HotEdit running in MyBB 1.2.12 very well. =S
