I CAN'T INSTALL THIS MOD.. It gives This Error:

mySQL error: 1060
Duplicate column name 'canmanagecashmod'
Query: ALTER TABLE mybb_adminoptions ADD canmanagecashmod VARCHAR(3) DEFAULT 'yes' NOT NULL

Please Help Me. (I Use MyBB 1.1)
