It should run just fine on any host. The only slightly intensive thing right now is the AJAX auto-refresh but that can be disabled in the settings if you need to.
If you need a tester on a live active site, let me know.

The auto refresh only happens on the main status listing page anyway and is disabled by default. There is a manual refresh button too though.
Is this stable enough to test on a forum with around 20 active members?
Not really. I really do not advise using it on a live forum at all just yet. Wait for the first proper release.
