No, it will use the same scheme than your site. If your forum is http, links will be http, if you use https, it will use https.

Honestly I didnt like it, it has only one php file which is very weird, no language file to edit, no css to edit. I think in your plugin users can feel like they are uploading via forum, but in that plugin you click on link, it opens postimage site, you upload from there. I want to make user click on Browse button in my forum and upload it to uploading site.

No, you can't, this plugin is made to use imgur hosting.
I can do a plugin to upload pictures on your own forum server, a mix between this plugin and
ABP Auto-Download Pictures, but keep in mind that you may need a lot of disk space if you want to host the pictures yourself.
And MyBB includes attachments, so a plugin like this may be quite useless

It's possible, I did it for an 1.6 version of MyBB. But it uses the popup, you can't drag & drop directly the picture to the board.
