Upgrade steps
To upgrade to V2 to V2.1.0 you will need to reactivate the plugin. Use the following steps.
  • Upload all the files to your forum and overwrite the old ones
  • Go to your ACP
  • Go to Form Creator
  • Export your forms (backup just in case)
  • Save the export code somewhere on your computer
  • Disable and Re-enable the plugin
You should be done. If it didn't go work correctly please reinstall and import the exported forms

was wondering if there is a way to redirect to a custom page, right now after submission, the form just redirects back to index.php

No time for git hub my friend, I need this right away. Well, I'm going to have to pay my third party master mybb developer to modify the plugin to redirect to custom page after submission.
I was going to pay 25$ thru paypal.me, I can pay you to do it, if you want, just message me your paypal.me address and the solution.
And I will be more than happy to pay you to tell me how to do this, otherwise, I will have to use one of my other developers to do this.

the custom page will be called: success.php
In that case i could do this this weekend is that acceptable?

Upgrade steps
To upgrade from V2.1.0 to V2.2.0 you will need to reinstall the plugin. Use the following steps.
  • Upload all the files to your forum and overwrite the old ones
  • Go to your ACP
  • Go to Form Creator
  • Export your forms
  • Save the export code somewhere on your computer
  • Uninstall and Reinstall the plugin in the ACP
  • Import the forms with the previously export code
  • Please replace form links if needed they could be changed (FormID's are not contained within export)

When I choose the "Checkboxes" form field, is there a way for the answers to display all on separate lines? AND is there a way for the checkboxes in the form to be displayed in two colums? It's a pretty long list.
